Saturday, November 26 2016

Morning of November 26, 2016. Saturday.         I find myself in a relaxing state of sleep paralysis. I must have rolled onto my back while half asleep (as I normally cannot fall asleep on my back other than with recorded inductions). I decide not to be concerned with my body position (or apnea) and try to augment the state. More and more energy enters my perception with appreciative anticipation. Friday, February 21 1997

Morning of February 21, 1997. Friday.        This is one of a dozen longer and more vivid dreams of this date and which each "automatically" gave themselves movie-like titles for whatever reason. This is the last one. (I usually have remembered six to nine dreams every day of my life since earliest memory, not even counting vivid sustained induction, apex lucidity, and very long hypnagogia dreams that are too visually detailed and dilat
