Post-apocalyptic broadcast

1. Post-apocalyptic setting – a huge city of mostly crumbling or burned out tower blocks, overcast gray sky, no green anywhere. For some unspecified reason, it is impossible to travel by land and the few remaining survivors are trapped in the top levels of the tower blocks that have survived destruction. The gift of foresight

I had the gift/curse of foresight and had a prophecy to fulfill, although I don't really remember what it was. I had to breastfeed four babies and find four pairs of scissors and chip a small piece off the handles and eat it. Desert

I'm running in a desert having climbed down the side of a canyon. The landscape is burned orange sand strewn with rocks and rusted pylons as far as I can see. I get to a road that's full of abandoned cars and walk for a while. Then I hear a noise and hide in a dusty hole by the wayside that contains a few dried-up corpses. A man comes along the road, banging on a round piece of metal and shouting that "The gunter-boats are coming!".
