Seaside, ships, submarines and the talented dog

Rating
Friday, March 3 2017

  7. We’re in a seaside town (Southend?) with Kiddo. We are slowpokes and only get to go to the beach in the late evening when it’s getting dark. We walk down the wide street that leads down to the sea; there are casinos and arcades on both sides. Through the open door I peek into one and see a game where you have to guess the pitch; a big yellow dog sits in front of it and howls along the “Flower Duet” from Lakmé. The dog is winning and coins drop into the

Normal vampire family (Alternating POV)

Rating
Friday, December 23 2016

A girl of about eighteen was hidden in a remote house by her vampire lover; she had a live-in doctor looking after her. The point of view (POV) was alternating between these three characters.  The middle-aged male doctor: The vampire is quite condescending while the girl isn't nearly as dim as he thinks. I’m kissing Lee and trying to figure out why he smells so amazing; his scent is sweet and has notes of chocolate, freshly baked bread and hazelnuts, sort of like Nutella toast. Lee says it’s going to be cold and borrows a black fleece jacket from someone and gives it to me. We get separated in the firs

Post-apocalyptic inter-dimensional travel

Rating
Wednesday, January 6 2016

The dream was set in the post-apocalyptic world, but the people were reasonable and kept working and developing trade. South-America kept growing coffee. I returned to Hometown in early spring, hoping that the people would be nicer to me now that only 10% remained, but people near the church still looked at me with disgust. Then me and a few other people were travelling through dimensions via narrow subterranean tunnels that opened at the sound of a certain song and let through the

Observing an amicable divorce from hairdresser's

Rating
Friday, September 11 2015

Lestat is divorcing his wife and they are splitting up their property. They split up their pug too; he gets the front end and the wife - the rear end with kidneys visible through a membrane. They are walking both halfs in wintry Old Town, talking amicably. I observe them from my chair at hairdresser's. It's situated in an arch, so I only get a narrow semicircle view of the outside, the couple and the half-pugs. A chemical smell assaults my senses - Michael is rolling my hair on gl
