Raccoon in the gym

Rating
Monday, September 11 2017

Zack and I were in our high school but the age we are now. We entered the old gym. The lights were off. I was able to see a little bit. I saw a raccoon chasing another small animal on a ledge about 10 feet high. The animals were squeaking. The raccoon was noisier. They weren't fighting; they were just playing. I thought it was strange since I'd never seen a raccoon here. I wondered if the school knew about them and if I should say something. Zack said he had a key and could get me

We aren't allowed on the warehouse roof

Rating
Sunday, September 10 2017

Jill, my brother, Zack, Daniel, Blaise, maybe more people from my high school and childhood, and I were in Kayenta. Where the high school baseball field was an industrial area. High fences surrounded it. Somehow we got inside and to a warehouse. I thought this was a bad idea but went anyway. We had to hide and wait for vehicles to leave. Once they did, we climbed on some ducts and used ladders to get to the roof of the warehouse. We walked around. I was nervous the whole time. Every time vehi

Zack takes me to a brothel

Rating
Tuesday, September 5 2017

Zack and I were in a large place that reminded me of a locker room. But it was a brothel. This was Zack's idea. I felt uncomfortable. The lockers were like the old lockers at amusement parks with an orange key and a wristband. We walked and looked around. It was crowded with mostly men, though there were some prostitutes around. We went to a locker to put some things away. I had my black bag with my old video camera in it. Zack grabbed a key for one locker in the top row, and I grabbed th

Shopping for big apples; the store floods

Rating
Friday, August 4 2017

My mom and I were in one of those shopping warehouses like Costco. There was a display that had a thin slice of a huge apple. There was an apple-shaped cutting board behind it. Mom wanted to slice some pieces of the apple. There were two slices there already, and I said we could grab those instead of slicing. She grabbed those slices and stood on the edge of a shopping cart. It moved, so she slid down so she didn't fall. She was going to put the apples in the car, but it wasn't her ca

Blaise has a concussion

Rating
Friday, July 21 2017

I was in Kayenta with Daniel, his brother, Blaise, and Zack. We had just gotten out of a pickup that Blaise was driving. He'd gotten in a wreck or hit his head or something. Daniel looked sickly. He was bald and thin, much like he was when Zack and I visited him before he died of cancer. Blaise also looked unwell. Blaise kept nodding off. I had to go back to the pickup and shake him awake. I told him he might have a concussion and that falling asleep was bad. Daniel was lying down in a

A woman with a gun

Rating
Friday, July 7 2017

Zack and I were at a university. We walked into a large cafeteria. We got in line and got some trays. We heard a commotion. A young student was shouting. Everyone was looking at her. She had a gun. She was flailing it around and yelling. We ducked down. She kept turning around and looking at everyone. We were hiding behind a salad bar. I don't know what she was shouting at. She didn't want anyone to leave. Every time someone tried to leave, she pointed the gun at them and told them no

Man with a gun in a restaurant

Rating
Thursday, July 6 2017

I was in a fast-food restaurant with Zack. We were seated on one side of a booth. Somehow I knew there was going to be a white man waving a gun around. He would either shoot someone or wanted to. Zack had video of it. I looked around and saw the man who was going to do it. He had a paper gun with a bag in it. The restaurant was fairly crowded. People were waiting in line. The man was yelling at another man. I heard a pop from a gun. Everyone screamed and ducked down. Zack had his phone out

Santa's bells in the stars; not Zack's car

I was in a bar with Zack. We were getting ready to leave. On the TV was a college swimming competition. I told Zack that I was in this but that we didn't have to see it. We looked at the screen and saw a woman getting ready for a race. In the background was me. I had on goggles. My hair was a little long and messy. I wondered if I would go faster if I had a shaved head. I also thought I should exercise more. We left the bar and went outside. We were in a courtyard with the bar on one side

In sixth grade again

Rating
Thursday, June 15 2017

I was in middle school for the first day of classes, but I was the age I am now. My schedule said I was in sixth grade. I wondered why I was retaking that grade. I wondered if Zack or Daniel were in the class because we were in it together in actual sixth grade. I went into the hall near the office. It was empty except for one little girl. I ran down the hall looking for Mr. Wiseman's class. It wasn't where it actually was. I got around a corner and saw a sign with his name on it. I l

Keeping the dogs from rabies

Rating
Wednesday, June 14 2017

Zack and I were in a backyard similar to my backyard in Kayenta. I had my dogs Nacho and Scrounger. I had to take them inside and into the front yard, which was in a city. The front had wide streets and skyscrapers tightly packed in, though the backyard was normal and in the rural town. I put the dogs on leashes. On another leash was a dead rodent or small mammal. There was a lot of blood coming from this animal and all over the patio. I was trying to keep the dogs from licking the blood. I w
