A slow, large Music Express

Rating
Thursday, May 25 2017

Zack and I were at a carnival and got on a Music Express. The seats were different from an actual Music Express. They were much wider and could seat four people. There was a divider in the middle and two lap bars for the sides. Zack sat on the inside. I sat to his right in the same side of the divider. A stranger sat next to me on the other side. I wondered if he would slam into me during the ride. The ride started. It went slowly and never picked up speed. I told Zack it reminded me of th

Old-time Whac-A-Mole

Rating
Monday, September 26 2016

I was at a carnival or fair with my co-worker Annie. We walked on the midway past some really old rides. I figured they were from the 1950s or '60s. One sort of looked like a teacup-style ride, but the vehicles hung down from an arm. A logo saying "Zephyr" was at the top of the arm. I said those were really old rides. We walked by some more. A couple were from the 1930s. That was exciting. We went to a game similar to Whac-A-Mole, except it also was really old. There was a chain

Roller coasters in everyday things

Friday, March 25 2016

I was visiting a Facebook group that found roller-coaster-like images in everyday objects. Someone found a street in Ohio that looked like Millennium Force’s lift hill and first drop. I thought that was ridiculous. All it did was turn 90 degrees down another street. Then I was at a theme park or carnival. Someone was able to change the food stands at will. They were lit up with lights like a carnival midway. This person changed them from, for instance, a corn dog stand to a popcorn stan

I walk to a carnival

Rating
Friday, May 15 2015

Zack and I were walking on the sidewalk along the highway in Kayenta. We were walking from our old neighborhood toward the junction. Nothing happened, and it was like time skipped from the beginning of our walk to the area near the shopping center. We stopped to cross the road. There was a new pedestrian crossing just before the First Baptist Church. I thought it was a good idea. There wasn't much traffic, so we started crossing before the lights changed. We got halfway through when they

Lots going on at work

Rating
Thursday, March 12 2015

I was doing a broadcast shift at work. Things started off normal, and the room looked the same. The time change has just happened, so the schedule was slightly different. I had the broadcast schedule in front of me and started on California. The office was busier than normal for a weekend, which was a little distracting. But I got the first two fixtures done and ready to send. I didn't send them, though. Then things started to change. I couldn't find the schedule. Instead, I had a

Cleaning a room; a carnival and pie

Rating
Wednesday, May 22 2013

My brother and I were in a messy room. We were cleaning it up so our mom wouldn't be mad. As I picked up things, a small animal was running around. It was either a cat or a rat. I don't remember. But it was mad and would bite if we got too close. So I tried to clean up far away from the animal. But there came a point when I had to clean near it. I just pushed it away and picked up a pie tin. There were a few pieces of a chocolate cream pie in it. I figured I could bring those to Zack. I went o

On a rooftop watching a carnival leave

Rating
Wednesday, January 23 2013

I was in a small upstairs apartment with Alex M. It was night. A carnival was set up across the street. We went to the roof and stood there talking. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the carnival's drop tower and tall swing ride moving along the road. They were lit up at the top, which is how I spotted them. On the other side of the street, other carnival rides were on trucks and pulled in to a lot next to where the carnival was. Alex asked me if they were setting up, but I said they were tear

Carnival, fire escape, ex-girlfriend

I was at work and taking pictures. Hilary was taking pictures of Brittani, but she was adjusting the white balance levels first. I watched how she did it and was impressed that she was able to change the white balance on the fly. All she did was turn a dial, and the screen changed from brown to white. I explained that white balance with my camera was more difficult. Then Brittani, two of their friends and I were at a carnival. We got on a ride similar to a Zamperla Hawk, except there were four

Spring Fling rocks

Saturday, April 10 2004

Meghan and I were at Spring Fling, and we decided to ride the Ferris wheel. When we got to the top, Meghan started rocking the vehicle. You're not supposed to do that, and it got me really upset. I didn't want to get injured because of something stupid. I grabbed her shirt as she was rocking and told her to stop. I told her it was dangerous and that I wouldn't stand for this stuff. She kept rocking so I hit her in the face. Hard. Then I woke up.

Carnivals and trucks

Lucidity
Lucid Intent

Friday, December 5 2003

I was back in Kayenta standing at the end of my driveway. Meghan was there, sitting in the back of a pickup truck. Her mom was chatting with my mom about us living together or something. The back of the truck was filled with all of Meghan's stuff. Meghan and I were talking and every so often our hands would touch. After a while we were holding hands. That didn't phase us and I started showing off the number of jokes about dinosaurs I knew. I told her a few and she said, "You sure
