The bridge over Laguna Creek

Rating
Thursday, June 16 2016

I was near the bridge over Laguna Creek in Kayenta. I drove over it and saw my friend Tim and his now-ex-wife, Etienne. The shoulder was wider than the bridge in real life. There was a small area jutting out where Tim was standing. I think he was taking pictures. I parked at the end of the bridge and walked to him. We talked for a bit. I had my camera and wanted to take a long exposure photo, but I kept bumping the camera. Etienne walked up. She asked for Tim's help putting some boxes in

Hiking with tigers nearby

Rating
Monday, April 7 2014

I was walking with someone (he was a friend in the dream, but I don't remember it being anyone I actually know) in the desert just north of Kayenta. We were walking on large sandstone formations and climbing up and down them. In the distance I saw two tigers. My friend called them mountain lions, even though they clearly were tigers. He started walking toward the tigers, but I backed away. They were down a hill and taking in shade from a tree. They were far away, but I didn't feel comfortable.

Driving around town with my uncle

Rating
Sunday, May 26 2013

Uncle Mike and I were in Kayenta. He was driving us around the town looking for things to do. He drove us to the area Golden Sands used to be. It wasn't there in my dream (in real life, it's closed, but I haven't visited the town since). There was a dirt parking lot in the area. We drove in it and turned around. He asked me if there was anything to see or do. I said we should just drive north on the highway. I figured we could just take in the beautiful scenery in and on the way to Monument Val

Photographing 2 models and driving through a flood

Rating
Monday, November 5 2012

I was hired to do a model shoot of two teenage girls. We were inside a place with a layout similar to my apartment, but it had more furniture. I had them sit on the couch, and I photographed them using my 50 1.4 lens. Then I told them to change into new outfits. They went into my room and changed in the closet. While they changed, I took clothes out of the microwave and put them in the dryer. The dryer was on the floor, and the microwave was up with the cabinets. I had a hard time handling the

My bike is just boards

Rating
Sunday, May 20 2012

I was riding a bike (not MY bike because I don't own a bike) around downtown Austin, and I stopped at a bridge overlooking a creek. I think it was Waller Creek since it was below grade a bit. I didn't cross the bridge for some reason. Instead, I walked down the slopes and crossed the creek at the water. I don't remember there being any water there, but I somehow crossed the creek and wasn't wet. I climbed the wall to the other side, where there was a fence between me and a parking lot. A man ar

Creek after rainfall

Rating
Tuesday, January 18 2011

I was hiking the sandstone formations north of Kayenta with my brother and a man. I somehow knew the man through work or he had worked on my car or something. We walked on some sandstone overlooking Laguna Creek, and the creek was really high. We hopped over little waterways leading to the creek. We passed a hill that covered our view of the creek, and when it was out of the way, I stopped. To my right was a drop-off and a waterfall. I took pictures with my point-and-shoot and SLR. Mostly I was

Helping a play

Rating
Saturday, January 9 2010

My brother and I were helping put on a play. It might have been a puppet show. But we weren't in it. We were just setting things up and moving things around. The play was at the intermediate school's playground in Kayenta. Before the play got started, someone announced the introduction to it. My brother and I were behind the curtain getting things ready. The announcer said two people in the play were "life dogs," which was what people called "life partners" back then. I stuck my arm out of the

"Lost" in Kayenta

Rating
Thursday, January 29 2009

Sawyer and Jack from the TV show "Lost" were in Kayenta with me. We were walking around Laguna Creek. Sawyer had a gun, and Jack was trying to lead the way. I saw a cave that was boarded up. We walked up a little hill to get to it and knocked the boards loose. When we got inside, I turned around and saw another cave on the other side of the creek. I saw someone inside it. He saw me, and he hid. I told Jack and Sawyer, and Sawyer got the gun out. He handed it to me. Jack picked up a board. I hid
