Hide-and-seek from Jill

Rating
Wednesday, May 10 2017

I was in Kayenta and playing hide-and-seek with Jill and someone else (my brother? An acquaintance?). We started near my house. A couple of us would go out, and one would stay at the house. We could only stay in the neighborhood. We'd get a head-start of about 10 minutes. I was walking in the (empty) canal. I thought it'd be an OK place to hide, but it was too shallow. I couldn't hide because she'd walk by and see me. I was running out of time. Jill was really good at finding

Elephant and monkey enrichment

Rating
Tuesday, April 11 2017

I was watching a news show. It was a man in a cage in a zoo. The cage had several types of animals, including an elephant and monkeys. He was playing enrichment games with them. He would put several monkeys on a rope, swing it around and splash it in water. But he had to wait for all but one monkey left on the rope to splash it. With the elephant, he would push it and play with a chair. He'd try to get away from it. He said it could use its trunk, so you have to be careful. It's like

The Edwards' old house

Rating
Tuesday, January 10 2017

I was with my brother, Tara and Tim Vines, and we were walking outside in an unfamiliar place. There was a lot of concrete around. We walked up some steps and were in our old neighborhood. We went to the Edwards' old house. They had just found out their dad died. They were sad and wanted to go check out their house. They opened the door, and we entered. The living room was dirty. A couple of outlets didn't have their covers on, and their wires might have been stripped too. Everything

A game similar to H-O-R-S-E proves I'm not gay

Rating
Monday, October 24 2016

I was outside at a park or playground with co-workers. I was playing a game similar to H-O-R-S-E with an unfamiliar person. It involved tossing a rope that had seashells (I think they were seashells) tied to it through a basketball goal. The hoop didn't have hooks under it for the net. Instead, it had holes in it.    Then I was in a bed. My co-worker Alex G. climbed on top of me. I put my hands on her hips. She asked me some kind of question that I felt was only for relations

Big game score

Rating
Thursday, October 29 2015

I was playing "Words With Friends" on my computer. I was playing against my friend Laura. She set me up for a great spot, and I had a "Z" for a high score. I was able to use all seven letters plus one from another word. I can't remember what the word was, but it ended with "-sizes." The last "S" was a blank tile. The first letter also was "S," and it made a perpendicular word plural, so I got the points from that word too. I saw the poi

Video games combined into one bad game

Rating
Saturday, September 26 2015

I was reading reviews of a new video game that was highly anticipated. It combined super heroes, sports, city simulation and action. It was 8-bit, but that didn't put people off.    The game was made independently. It was for the original Nintendo. It was supposed to be a first-person perspective when doing super hero things and then other views when doing other things.    But the reviews all were poor. It wasn't very good. The sports aspect was unfinished

Editing news and sports

Rating
Monday, June 22 2015

I was editing a newspaper in North Carolina. I was a slot editor. I had finished the news sections and was helping sports.    An editor I follow on Twitter, R.L., was going to come in and help. He showed up while I was busy, so we only got to nod at each other. This was our first time meeting. He sat at a computer on the other side of the room.    When I finished what I was doing, I walked toward him. He got up and rolled over a cubicle wall. I found him lying on

Playing my old 'SimCity' city

Rating
Wednesday, April 1 2015

I was able to get "SimCity 4" to work properly on my computer. I loaded it in the right resolution and with the right number of processors, and it ran just fine. But my region wasn't the most recent version. I opened the largest city I had last worked on. It had covered about two-thirds of the map. This one had barely any progress on it. Only a few areas were filled in. There were empty roads laid out with no development. I didn't have any skyscrapers, though I did have the

Playing a city simulator

Rating
Wednesday, March 25 2015

I bought "Cities: Skylines" and was getting the hang of it. I lay down roads and highways and built a ravine-type trough for a road with connector roads. The city was big and had tall skyscrapers. I told some friends about it and made some posts on Facebook showing off my city.

Virtual bocce

Rating
Thursday, October 6 2011

I was in a room with a large table. The table was a touch screen. There was a ball game on the screen that was similar to bocce. I played a little at first, but then I played another game. This other game was just using a track ball to move the ball and knock over pins or hit other balls out of the way. There were different challenges to accomplish. The one I remember is three balls were set up near where I had to launch the ball, and I had to hit all three with one push. When I did it, words c
