I rescue Dan from the ice

Rating
Monday, June 12 2017

I was in a very large church with some friends. Earlier I had rescued my friend Dan C. after he fell in ice. There were flashback sequences to this. We were walking on ice, and he fell in and couldn't move. I grabbed him and pulled him out. I warmed him up while I called 911. I lay him on the ground and rubbed him fast. That warmed him up enough. He stopped breathing, so I rubbed my knuckles on his chest, which worked. I saved him. Inside this church, everyone wanted to thank and congr

Throwing ice off the roof

Rating
Friday, May 5 2017

I was walking on the roof of a five- or six-story apartment building. I was with someone familiar, possibly Bill Walsh. There were for or five buildings. There was a 2- or 3-foot gap between the buildings. We would climb on the ladder and jump to the next ladder to get to the other building. I was kicking some snow down the roofs. We got to the fourth building. I picked up a big chunk of ice and threw it down. I looked down the edge and saw the ice fall and land on a car, damaging it. I got s

Hiking in the Rockies

Rating
Wednesday, May 3 2017

I was looking at a map on the computer of a road in Colorado that appeared to be near the land my parents used to own. The road winded a lot and went up through the mountains. It went really high. The elevation change went from 13,000 feet to 20,000 feet. I wanted to see this steep road in street view. By going to street view, I was transported there. Now I was hiking on this snow-covered, icy road. There were a couple of four-wheel-drive pickups passing by. I knew I wouldn't be able to m

Experimenting with flammable metal

Rating
Monday, April 17 2017

I was in my room in my house in Kayenta. It was night or early morning (still dark out). I was awake. I had some kind of chemical or metal that was reactive and get hot when it encountered water. I had a tiny bit of it. I put it on an empty water bottle and then put a drop of water on it. It got hot and melted through the bottle. It created a small fire on the carpet. I poured water on it, which stopped the fire, but the metal got hotter. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't pick i

Ice to scare cats; inside a museum

Rating
Wednesday, March 29 2017

I was walking along Central Avenue at night. I saw a stray cat. There was a device that would throw ice in the air to try to scare the cats away, but it never worked. I went into the area and picked up some ice. There were two types of ice. One was cubes that looked like they had numbers on them like dice. The other was round. I picked up the dice ice, put them in a bag and walked away. I saw a cat. It meowed. I laughed that it wasn't scared of the ice. Then I hopped the fence to the H

Driving on a snowy hill

Rating
Sunday, March 26 2017

I was in Kayenta and driving up the hill from the trading post. There was a lot of snow and ice on the ground. My lane was icy and snowy, but the other lane was clear. Some people were driving up the clear side. I didn't think that was a good idea. I just gunned the engine and made it to the top and stopped at the stop sign. There was a pickup in front and to my left. JP was driving. His wife, Mindy, was in the passenger seat. I rolled my window down and asked what he was doing here and h

I-95 and large waterfalls

Rating
Tuesday, April 5 2016

I was driving on a part of Interstate 95 that was new to be but felt familiar. I pulled over and looked at a map. I was in one of the Carolinas. This area was surrounded by thick, green trees. It was pretty. I wondered why this area seemed familiar. Then I realized I had driven on it when I was on a long road trip from somewhere north to Florida. I was on the same stretch of road I had driven on just a few years prior. I kept driving. To my left was a large frozen waterfall. It was spring

High school motel

Rating
Monday, January 18 2016

Tim Vines and I were at our high school. We were outside of the classrooms near the child-care center. I had some English classes in that room when I was a student in real life. The building was taller than it is in real life. We walked up a large ramp to the concrete floor that led to the doors. There were four or five doors on the wall. It had been converted into a motel. Each of the doors led to a room. The classrooms had been repurposed into motel rooms. We were staying in one. We went in

An octopus egg in an underwater bird's nest

I was with a tour guide who was showing me (I don't know who else was with me) a stream that was formed by melting ice. I was on a mountain or some kind of colder climate. Ice lined the side of the stream. The guide showed me where the ice melted to form waterfalls and where other points of the stream originated. The farther we went upstream, the slower the stream flowed. We eventually got to a pool of blue water. We climbed in the water. It wasn't cold at all. It felt nice. The gu

Co-worker's funeral

Rating
Friday, July 3 2015

I was at a funeral for a co-worker, Tom, the photo editor. There was a line for signing in and requesting a drink.   I was in line with a couple of people I met at ACES. When I got to the front of the line, I looked over the sign-in sheets. People wrote down one of two names, their name and their drink. I wrote down the co-worker's name but did it wrong somehow. I had to write something else, so I scribbled it out. I made a comment about my terrible handwriting even though it wasn
