Work basement

Rating
Tuesday, July 18 2017

I was leaving a job after a shift had ended. It was a normal newspaper job, though I don't know where. The building reminded me of the one in Amarillo. I think my co-workers were my current ones. We took the stairs from the third or fourth floor to the ground floor. I said I was going to keep going and went to the basement. That's where the printing presses were. It looked empty. I saw there was a bathroom there. I wanted to go to it. I saw somebody walking near it and I didn't

Photo journey in unknown part of high school

Rating
Wednesday, July 12 2017

Stephen S. (from my job in Amarillo) and I were walking around in a dark, unfamiliar area of my high school. We were looking for places to take photos. We walked down a large staircase and turned around at the bottom. It consisted of three sets of steps. Two went up in one direction, and the other up in the opposite direction but somehow looked like it was facing the direction as the other two. They were lit with different colors and had pretty carpet patterns. I said I wanted to take this pi

A mall, then driving in my old neighborhood

Rating
Tuesday, May 23 2017

I entered a shopping mall as a lot of people were leaving. I walked past an unusual store that was selling accessories for puppies. I turned left and walked. The mall was large and two stories. The ceiling was high. I went up some stairs and turned around to go back out. I walked down the stairs. There was one set of five steps, then a flat area, then 19 steps. I counted as I went down. I wondered why it wasn't divided in half with the flat area. I went outside and went to my car, whic

The elevator at work

Rating
Friday, May 19 2017

I was in an office building. It was supposed to be for work, but it was unfamiliar. There were six elevators. I had to go in one and go to eighth floor. None of them seemed to be working. The doors wouldn't open. I finally was able to get in one. It only had numbers up to the sixth floor. I decided to take it and then take the stairs the rest of the way. I went to that floor. The elevator walls were glass. I could see all the different floors. It looked really fancy and was not like a bui

Not ready for my flight

Rating
Saturday, April 1 2017

I had just arrived at an airport. Someone dropped me off at the arrivals terminal, so I had to go downstairs. I went down one flight of stairs and to ticketing, but I didn't need that. Then I realized I hadn't checked in to my flight, which was frustrating. I thought I should have set an alarm. I knew I was busy, but an alarm would have helped. I opened the Southwest Airlines app to check in, but I forgot my confirmation number. I had to close it and get the number, and copy and paste

U-shaped tables on campus

Rating
Saturday, January 7 2017

I was on a campus with a lot of my friends from college, but we were the age we are now. It was early in the semester. I met with my friends outside. I had two classes that day, and I realized I hadn't done the work for one of them. I needed a place to sit down and do it. It was a math class. I did the work for my other class, though. I had a small black backpack and a messenger bag. We set some of our things down by some trees. I said I needed to get somewhere with a desk so I could fini

Tilted and sideways elevator

Rating
Wednesday, November 30 2016

I was in a building that was supposed to be my workplace but was different. I think I was with Anthony A., a former schoolmate. We got in the elevator and had to go to the eighth floor. A few other people got in. As the elevator went up, it tilted. We laughed a little because it was strange One man in the corner was nervous. It tilted more as it ascended. Then it stopped. We were scared because it was off the track. It also seemed to go sideways. We stopped on the seventh floor. I decided

Riding a shopping cart in a hospital

Rating
Thursday, November 24 2016

I was sitting in a shopping cart in a long hallway in a hospital. I had to visit someone I knew, though I don't know who. I was able to get the cart moving. I rode in it as it traveled along the hall. I couldn't control it well, though I did get it to turn slightly by leaning. I moved past people in hospital beds in the hall. One man around my age was lying on his side. His girlfriend or wife was visiting him and patting his head. Everyone had pink sheets and blankets, which I thought

Naked in church

Rating
Thursday, August 25 2016

Jeff and I were in a church during a service. I was naked. No one seemed to notice. We were in a pew in the second or third row. I was worried that someone would see that I was naked. I felt like this same thing happened last week. Surely I was going to be known as the guy who comes to church naked. We kept standing up and sitting down like in a Catholic church. The service was supposed to be nondenominational. We would stand up, say a prayer, then sit down. When we said the prayers, somehow

Bona fied, certified friends!

Rating
Sunday, July 24 2016

Tim Vines and I had just gotten back from a summer working at Cedar Point. We had a new thing we were doing where we'd stand back to back and say, "Bona fied, certified friends." We did this in front of the other people in the room. I wondered if Zack would get jealous.    Tim Vines didn't leave when we were done. He kept his back pressed to mine. I tried walking around, but he was right there.    He eventually stopped. I went upstairs in this un
