High school class in middle school

Rating
Sunday, October 30 2016

I was in high school but the age I am now. It was the first week of school. I was in the middle school and had to get from the office to my class. Students cleared out of the halls, so the bell must have rang. I forgot where my class was and its details, though I think the teacher was Mr. McEvers. I walked all the way to the far end of the school. I was where I had my eighth-grade math class with Mrs. Peaches. I saw teacher names on paper outside the doors, but I couldn't make them out. I

A lens in a tree

Rating
Sunday, October 30 2016

I was outside in an unfamiliar place, though it might have been somewhere in Austin. I had one of my cameras and my 50mm lens on it. I saw a video camera with a 50mm lens in a tree. It was perched on a wooden ledge. I looked at it and somehow knew it was my friend Danh's. I saw him and asked if I could look at the lens. It was a 50mm f/1.2. I was using the 50mm f/1.4, and I wanted to try the 1.2 to see how it looked. He let me take it down and put the lens on my camera. It was heavy. I wo

Out of the hot dog I want

Rating
Wednesday, October 26 2016

I was at a local festival at the park in downtown Phoenix. I walked to a hot dog food truck and ordered some kind of fancy $7 dog. They were out of what I wanted, so I ordered something else. I don't remember the toppings except maybe barbecue sauce. Then I waited for my order. I waited around a little bit but never heard my name or them call the hot dog type. I made my way back to the truck. I asked what happened to my hot dog. I said I ordered it and was hungry. The person told me they

A game similar to H-O-R-S-E proves I'm not gay

Rating
Monday, October 24 2016

I was outside at a park or playground with co-workers. I was playing a game similar to H-O-R-S-E with an unfamiliar person. It involved tossing a rope that had seashells (I think they were seashells) tied to it through a basketball goal. The hoop didn't have hooks under it for the net. Instead, it had holes in it.    Then I was in a bed. My co-worker Alex G. climbed on top of me. I put my hands on her hips. She asked me some kind of question that I felt was only for relations

Tim's brother, wife and baby

Rating
Sunday, October 23 2016

Tim R. and I were inside his apartment, but it was slightly different from how it really is. It might have been on a lower floor. Tim's brother and his brother's wife showed up and brought their baby, though the kid was older than he really is. I sat down on the couch. His brother walked to me and shook my hand. The handshake was strange. He only used two fingers. Then he did the same with Tim. He sat down on the other end of the living room, and we talked.

Missiles and maybe a war on the beach

Rating
Friday, October 21 2016

I was in the future, and we were being overrun by some kind of entity that was standarizing all jobs and making things worse for us. I was outside with a group of friends, acquaintances, co-workers and former co-workers. We were on a beach. Someone was talking about working on a cruise ship. Everything had changed under this new leadership. There were more cruises, everything was standardized and not as good as it used to be. I was viewing on the beach through a monitor or something. I saw so

Angry about newspapers

Rating
Wednesday, October 19 2016

I was looking in a newspaper's obituaries and saw that my former co-worker Janelle might have died. The obit didn't say it outright. She was only casually mentioned to have passed. It only said she was a newlywed. I had my doubts. Bones, my dad's friend from college, was in the room. So was my mom. The room was unfamiliar. It had lots of items in it like it was used for storage or archiving. Bones said I must be proud to be working for so many newspapers. I rolled my eyes. I said

Inaugural trolley ride

Rating
Tuesday, October 18 2016

Dan, Zack and I were on a light-rail train or a trolley. Dan and I were conductors. Dan was operating it first on an inaugural run. He put it into gear and got it going forward. I looked around as it moved. He waited for me to get out of the cockpit. When I did, he shut the door and locked it. He put it to full speed and turned the brakes off. We went faster and faster. As we were going, I didn't know what was happening. All I knew was I had to turn the brakes on. We kept getting faster,

My movie project gets views

Rating
Monday, October 17 2016

I saw that I had a lot of mentions on Twitter and Facebook. I looked around and saw that Charles Apple had written about me on his blog. He said that I had recently done a movie-a-day project where I watched a movie every day in September. He listed every movie that I watched, a quick review from him and then my review. I watched movies such as a "Star Trek" movie that he liked. He said he was biased because he loves "Star Trek." I also watched "E.T." I thought h

Exploring with Alex; we find a kitten

Rating
Saturday, October 15 2016

Alex M. and I were walking in an unfamiliar city. We had to go tell some higher-up person some kind of important news about our job. It felt vaguely military. We were walking in a dry canal. We got into a small tunnel that we crawled through. We kicked a gate open and walked through it. I was naked for some reason. Alex didn't notice or mind. I tried to cover up. We made our way through little tunnels and had to open gates and grates to get through. We got to one spot and saw a tiny kitte
