The ten dreams dream

Thursday, August 31 2006

There were to be ten speeches made in turn by ten people on the dreams that they had the night before. Sophie was to be the last and I was the last. All I kept thinking of was speaking into a microphone naturally, and not testing out with a '1-2, 1-2' to check the volume. Just before my turn I was walking upstairs with Sophie in front of me. When I got to the top she shut the door so I remained outside. I wasn't sure if she wanted to be on her own or not.

Ronaldino

Wednesday, August 30 2006

Ronaldino the footballer had dropped a parcel or something in my bedroom to be collected, and when my friend came for it, I made a remark that he was the next person to touch it after a famous person.

Out go the lights

Tuesday, August 29 2006

I went to collect an art book from a shop, but it had already shut. When I went home, I saw that post for the owner of the shop had been delivered to me, and that when I opened it my book was inside. Afterwards, I went to the toilet and was then standing in a darkened room when an ex workmate of man entered the room loudly and threw the switch to the lights. The fuse box short circuited and went bang.

Bob Monkhouse and the swears at church

Monday, August 28 2006

I was shocked when I heard somebody swearing right at the end of Sunday service at church. Bob Monkhouse had cancer and as I was being served in a shop he was waiting to come in, but the shopkeeper was extremely reluctant to let him come on the premises.

Guitar man on the coach

Sunday, August 27 2006

I was on a coach, and sitting behind me was a man playing an accoustic guitar. This both annoyed me for the fact he was sitting right behind me and yet delighted me because I liked the music that he was playing. The coach then had to be evacuated and I think this in no small part due to the fact that there were complaints about the loudness of the music.

The riot at the end of the road

Saturday, August 26 2006

Sophie was driving us down a road, at the end of which we came across a crowd of policeman in riot uniform. While we had been doing whatever we were doing, a full scale riot had kicked off. As we continued to drive, rioters and policeman came at us, but Sophie drove straight and they all got out of our way.

Back to a lousy old job

Friday, August 25 2006

I was back to working as a warehouseman, and was realising what a naff job the last one really was. Rob was messing around as per usual, and it seemed as though it was me again doing all the work. Then I was at the previous workplace and in a cage that was being fitted into the tiniest of spaces possible as some kind of record attempt. This was at floor level at the end of a corridor. It was all highly irregular and at one point a lot of suits came walking past, but acted as if a man in

Can't cook; won't cook?

Thursday, August 24 2006

I was a cook, taking part in the presentation of food on a long table. Then I listened to advice about previous people who had not presented their food well. I used a ladle to place tomato soup into bowls with the help of a friend, and also removed a kitten from the table.

On a bike and heading for disaster

Wednesday, August 23 2006

I was going downhill on a bicycle, gathering speed as I went. I was attached by rope to the bike ahead, and steered myself past the pedestrians on the pavement. Then I couldn't stop, and imaged myself going into a vehicle and having a nasty accident.

Chocolates on a silver tray

Tuesday, August 22 2006

I was given expensive chocolates on a silver tray by a waiter. They cost me $3.12 and were served during an outdoor event in the USA. Apparently I had ordered them before the show. They tasted rather nice!
