No security badge

Saturday, March 31 2007

Gu was working at a chocolate factory as a security guard, and Sophie and I went to see him. Unfortunately I didn't have my work badge as proof of ID. What I did have was lots of newspaper cuttings inside my Oyster Card, but no photcard. I went to walk away, but was called back as it was okay after all.

The lights went out

Friday, March 30 2007

There had been a power cut at work, so I helped downstairs with the packing of chocolates. I also waited at traffic lights as two sports cars were about to race off. A woman pranged her car after leaving the lights, and looked at the smashed glass and laughed. Meanwhile, I came across an obstacle blocking the road, so made a detour to the right.

Making a cup of tea

Thursday, March 29 2007

I was making cup a of tea at a warehouse after having just come back from lunch. But why were there so few teabags? A window was being fitted by the entrance that had been left unrepaired for my years. Meanwhile, my mobile had reset itself with new display screens

Freebird - live or studio version

Wednesday, March 28 2007

There was a debate as to if Lynyrd Synyrd's Freebird was 15 minutes long or not. I responded that yes it is if you are talking about the live version. I was walking up a road very fast, with the guy who asked the question walking the other side of the road.

The urgent shopkeeper

Tuesday, March 27 2007

I was looking at lots of books and magazines on a stall for sale in a shopping centre. The stall owner said to everyone to please buy quickly as he needed to go home. Meanwhile, a man was arrested and taken away by detective.

Whispering grass

Monday, March 26 2007

I was walking across a field, following a guide along a path of flattened grass that looked as if it had been used for many years. Behind me I could hear whispering, though I knew there was nobody else around other than my walking companions. Seeing as I was the last in line of three or four I decided to keep on moving and ignore what was being said to me.

Leo plays piano/escape from Chelsea FC

Sunday, March 25 2007

Leo was showing us what a gifted pianist she was by playing at the drop of a hat anything that was put in front of her. This took place in a car, outside a house where my parents were living. I waited for what seemed like ages for somebody to come and see before getting annoyed and walking off unanounced. I walked to the end of the road to a brick wall and looked over. There was a short drop to a path walkway, or rather unsafe rungs embedded in the bricks. I chose to make the drop. I co

The end that never was

Saturday, March 24 2007

I was taking part in a race that I ran alongside Sophie which ended at the end of the alley. We came across a fox as we turned into the opening straight which happened to be the alley that leads towards my home, and I was at first unsure if it was a wild animal and might attack us thankfully we walked past with the slightest bit of attention. We carried on and ran past the finishing line holding hands and turned left. It was very quiet indeed and then it hit me that we hadn't finished, an

Basketball challenge/Benatar concert

Friday, March 23 2007

Three men were acting suspiciously at petrol pumps, so I pointed them out to passers by and then challenged them as to what they w re doing. This was going on as a backdrop to a basketball challenge that the men then set to forget everything that I had seen at the pumps: 3 games, with one being a no holds barred contest where anything went. I was all for the challenge, but realised I was now double booked for a Pat Benatar concert at the same time, and needed to leave early so I didn't miss

Photography for Kevin Keegan

Thursday, March 22 2007

I was date stamping items at work when I came across a friend who had never showed up at a concert. I suggested we either get a refund or reschedule for another concert. Then I was taking photographs for Kevin Keegan because he couldn't work out how to take a shot with flash photography. A few friends of mine had seen him taking pictures for a couple of his young fans in a publicity exercise, and we had all sat down to get in the picture as well. Then he admitted he couldn't use the digi
