This dream is from the day before yesterday. I'm typing this up a long while after having it, so I'm afraid I don't really remember it anymore and can only go by the notes I took. My dad took the cats outside at night (something we don't usually do because they wander and it's hard to see). From yesterday. Much vaguer than it was after I awoke, but I seem to recall much of the general plot (despite not taking notes!), so I'll go on that. Not sure how it started, but I was apparently participating in some kind of school(?) play or presentation along with a lot of others, likely my peers, meaning I was probably a high school or college student.
