Hatching Gas Station Eggs

Rating
Tuesday, April 25 2017

I’m at a gas station with Mom.  She buys ecigs.  I feel intimidated by a group of girls that is in here with us.  I end up getting a carton of eggs from the cashier lady. Mom is in the living room at Dad’s house with the eggs when they start to hatch.  Four chicks hatch before I’m there.  To my disappointment, Dad says the rest are duds.   I have the carton in my lap and I sit in front of the firepl

Oli Egg

Rating
Sunday, April 23 2017

Oli, my guinea pig, returns from the dead to visit.  He arrives from the stain glass tower that appeared in the middle of the living room [Dad’s living room].  Oli is an egg in a dish near the ornate glass.  I ask Mom to take pictures before the tower disappears again. This tower is a Christmas thing, and since it’s not the time of year for it, I know it’ll be gone again soon.  Mom get some pictures, but as soon as she does Oli’s e

Mischievous Shadow

Rating
Friday, March 3 2017

I walk down a sunny street in the middle of town.  A shadow on the sidewalk catches my eye.  I keep catching glances of it, and am convinced that it is interacting with other people’s shadows.  I think the tangible people to mime whatever happens to their shadows- so if this shadow makes another person’s shadow trip, the person themselves will trip.  I never see it happen directly, but I feel like it is happening just out of my

Niffler Creatures

I’m in my uncle’s back yard, hatching bird eggs in a blue Styrofoam egg carton.  The birds that hatch are small enough to fit in the palm of my hand.  They’re wet from the egg, and have yellow, banana shaped beaks.  When they emerge from their eggs, I carefully place them in a different slot in the carton that has extra Styrofoam padding in the bottom. After that I go inside and eat Fren

Fossil Fowl

Monday, January 9 2017

I’m walking down the beach, right along the water’s edge.  I need to be careful to watch where I step so that I don’t accidentally destroy the nests and eggs of the sand-nesting birds known as Fossil Fowl.   Thankfully they’re no longer endangered.  [End] Relative to Real Life~ Night of January 9th, 2017 (1 of ) Real-life characters: None. Pool Eggs (part 2 of 2)

Wednesday, November 2 2016

I’m at a Christmas party at my uncle’s neighbor’s house, and it’s time to open our Secret Santa gifts.  I figure I’m going to get something very generic, but instead find the perfect gift for me.  Buried in the tissue paper the box I open, I find a fancy snorkel set.  I thank whoever gave me the set, and immediately go outside to test it out.   I find my boyfriend in the large pool that’s set up outside. &nb

Silver Eggs

Rating
Monday, September 26 2016

[WARNING: Blood trigger warning.] I’m taking care of my dad’s chickens, and it’s time for me to go out and collect the eggs.  I take a bucket with me and step inside the coop.  All of the chickens are nested into their sleeping places already, which makes it kinda hard to get at their eggs. Their eggs are small and metallic silver.  Some of them are broken open already, exposing two or three tiny, dead mice inside each one.  I leave the ones that a
