The Nightmare Rooms

I’m out in Dad’s shop with Dad and Mom.  I’m depressed.   Mom doesn’t like it, but Dad is going to take me out to try and figure out what to do about my depression.  We get in the jeep and drive away.  Mom watches as we leave with sadness. I wave to her gravely and mouth, “I love you.” She mouths the same. I start to feel like I might not come back from this excursion with

Daniel in the Mud River (Part 2 of 2)

Rating
Tuesday, March 21 2017

I’m called out of my room [room at Dad’s] by some workers.  I’m Daniel Radcliffe. Outside feels like a medieval city.  The workers want me to swim in a man-made mud river, either to retrieve logs or place some logs in a dam.  I’ve done this before many times, I’m actually one of the best at this job.  When I do it this time, however, I end up dragged under the mud for a moment because of the powerful current. When I come bac

Moved Hangers

I’m trying to work with a bowl, but the outer shell of it falls off.  I try to pick it up and put it back on, but the shell is now the consistency of wet cake.  It’s gross and impossible to pick up without it breaking. My brother gives me his glove.  Even though it’s way to big for me, I appreciate it.  It at least keeps me from directly touching the nasty shell. I’m still not able to fix the bowl, despite my tries

Flood Muck

Rating
Thursday, January 12 2017

A flood rushes around my house.  No water gets in, but everything else all around is washed away.  The house is in the middle of a forest, and the flood makes it seem we’re in the middle of a muddy river.  Me and Mom look out the back door at the flowing muck.  I tell Mom that in floods like this, downed trees are like battering rams.  Just then, me and her both fall into the flooded muck.  It’s thick, like mud, so we don’t sin

Neglected Kids

Wednesday, September 14 2016

I go to an old west type town, that almost seems abandoned except for one family that lives out on a farm.  I’m there to investigate the healthiness of the home life here, like I’m some sort of social worker. I cross the large dirt driveway over to a small broken-down barn, where I find a kid sleeping with the pigs on the step.  He’s covered in mud, and seems very protective of his step.  This child’s state, as well as the condition of

Bathroom Ghost, Obstacle Course (part 1 of 2)

Rating
Sunday, September 4 2016

I end up muddy from head to toe when I help dad at his house [actually my aunt and uncle’s house] with some kind of yard work.  He offers to help me get clean, and since I sorely need it, I gladly accept. He helps me walk to the bathroom so that I spread as little mud around as possible.  Once we’re inside, my attention is immediately drawn to a creepy humanoid wire figure that stands about three and a half feet tall.  It has twine weav
