The earliest I remember is that I was in a cave, at the end of which were three doors. I knew that a ghost existed behind each door, and I was holding three objects, each of which was supposed to be given to each ghost in order to let them move on to the afterlife.
Each door led to another part of the cave, until at some point the cave walls would change into house walls, looking like the house where each of the ghosts lived when they were alive. I had to find their bedroom and place the object on their bed.
The first ghost was a grown woman, and looked like a classic ghost: She wore a white dress, you could see through her and she was floating above her bed, but other than that she looked like a normal person. I don't remember what her object was but she simply faded when I put it on her bed.
The second ghost was a little girl, also wearing a white dress. But unlike the first one, she looked like a rotting corpse, lying on the bed on her back with her head hanging over the foot of the bed, having no eyes and her mouth open. The object for her was a doll, and when I placed it on the bed next to her she changed and looked like a normal little girl. She sat up on the bed then picked up and hugged the doll, looking very happy, and disappeared.
The object for the third ghost was a big white feather. The ghost's bedroom was adjacent to a hallway in the "house", and there was a telephone on a stand next to the door. Entering the room I couldn't see any ghost, but I put the feather on the bed and it rose up into the air and disappeared. I assumed that meant the ghost had taken it and left.
As I walked out of the bedroom I saw something moving behind me, out of the corner of my eye. I turned around and saw what looked like a little boy, except his eyes were huge and glowing red, and he also had a huge mouth with pointy teeth interlocking.
For a moment I was scared, but then I realised that this was the ghost I was visiting and that he wasn't going to harm me; he was just trying to scare me because he enjoyed playing the role of a scary ghost.
Seeing that I wasn't scared any more, the boy made his face appear normal. He now looked like a regular little boy, similarly to how the girl had looked normal before she disappeared.
I talked to him for a couple of minutes, and he said himself that he always hid from the people who came in his room and made his face like that to scare them. He turned his face into the monstrous version again for a few moments to show me. Although he couldn't scare me in the end, he said it was also nice to have someone to talk to once in a while because he was lonely.
After talking to him a little more, I said I was sorry that I wasn't able to help him move on and that I'd been told the feather would help. He said it was OK and he didn't mind being a ghost. After that I left.
I went back to my house, but when I walked into the kitchen I saw a strange man standing next to the sink. He had long hair and a beard, and just stood there looking at me. He didn't act like a burglar, so I thought he was just crazy. I said "I'm going to go out" and he said "OK, you can go out."
I intended to leave the house and then call the police, but as I stood at the door I realised he was my older brother, and I hadn't recognised him because I'd never seen him with a beard before. Somehow I got a flashback from what he'd been doing since I'd seen him last, which revealed that he had started smoking and doing other drugs as well.
I went back to the kitchen and spoke to him, but I don't remember what we talked about.
It's true that I've never seen my older brother with a beard. As far as I know he's never smoked or done drugs either.
