In this dream it seems that I am staying in someone else's house and also that I am a servant.

There is a teenage Indian girl who lives here, and she wakes up around 3 am one morning (this is time in the dream world) and asks me to make her some soup. She says she's hungry. I feel pretty annoyed, but know I have to do this thing for her. She really wants the soup right away but that's pretty much not possible. I still have to make the soup first. I give her something to tie her over until the soup is done. I pretty much guess she will be asleep before the soup is even ready, but all the same, I MUST make the soup. I gave her what seemed to be a boiled egg yolk (it's still round and bright golden yellow) and it's wrapped in very thin layers of what seems to be toast, as if the thin slices of toast were the egg's shell, it was still shaped like a real egg. Before I hand it to her and put it in a small wooden bowl I press the sides together as the yolk seems a little lose. I am kind of sad to give it up, because I had wanted to eat it myself.

I am in a kitchen full of boxes and pots hanging on hooks. I find a pack of dried noodles and open it up. The girl comes in behind me and points to some instant noodle soup she wanted to have. I suppose that was all for the better, since that would be easy and quick to make. I open a package, and pour it into a bowl, and then heat up some water. I pour the hot water into the bowl and I then mix the powder and noodles, so they will losen up.

Suddenly, and what seemed to take mere seconds, a noodle pops out of the soup, but it looks like a really small dragon, but it blows up to be about five feet long (it's like a chinese dragon), and it's white, and it bites me on the nose.

that's where the dream ends.

Additional Comments:

I took a dream enhancind herb before going to sleep last night, and I find it quite remarkable that on both those occassions (it would be the2nd time I've ever taken it) the it was distinctly Indian in its theme. This makes me wonder why. I have never had any particular interested in India what-so-ever, so I need to figure out what my dreams are trying to tell me.

    The Tide Rolls in

I actually had this dream yesterday night. Most of it takes place on a beach right outside an apartment building. The apartment building was fairly big. It contained very many apartments. I would guess around 100. One side faced the beach and it was very very close, like only one hundred or so feet right after you walked out a door. In the dream I didn't live here, but I also don't remember what I am doing there. I seem to recall driving a large truck, needing to pull over because I was having so much trouble controlling the damn thing. I seem to know the people in the dream. I am hanging out with some people on the beach. I get really nervous when I notice the waves are pretty rough. I decide to go inside.

I am in one of the apartments and look outside off the balcony. The waters really are rough. I see several boats, cannoes and small sail boats headed for the shore. I saw one guy in a cannoe get flipped over entirely with one big wave. The back end of the cannoe came over and went forward and for a momment the cannoe was on its front end. The water was already over the man inside. I worried he would get hit by the boat and drown, but luckily he gets out from under the cannoe.

The water comes up pretty high, just below the balcony I am standing on and it seems to stop there. There is this dark skinned boy near me, he lives in this apartment with his grandmother. I want to say he's Spanish. He says how gratefull he is that the water stopped before flooding his apartment. I told him the people below us were not so lucky, their apartments are totally under water. I feel paniced for those people, wondering if they got out in time, or if there were dead drowned bodied bobbing up against the ceilings below us. The boy doesn't seem to think that is any of his concern.

The old grandmother is in the kitchen and she wants me to help her make some soup. As far as I know she hasn't even wondered about the flood. She looks somehow feral with her hair in a mess, and her dress is very worn out. She points out a small window and tells me to cut off some meat off "that head," and bring it to her. I don't know what she means by "that head" but I figure I will know that when I get to the window, and isn't it strange she keeps meat outside a window?

So I get there and there is a sort of small hanging garden here, and I don't really register the horror at first but there is a decapitated human head there, with some of the skin cut off, so the white bone is showing through. There is also a large butcher knife. I pick up the head and begin to carve off a fatty chunk of flesh and drop it into some water in a pot (I forget where the pot came from). I feel sick and repulsed but I thought I had to do this or the crazy woman might actually do something crazy. I wasn't sure what, but if she was cannibalizing human heads, whose to say she wouldn't kill and eat house guests. so I did what she asked. At some point the head turned into a single slimey white bone. I don't remember anything else after that.

    Additional Comments:

This is the second recent dream with a decapitated head and also the second dream (recently) involving cannibalism.

I don't remember too much. I am outside and I hear a kitten mewowing. I look around for something to feed it. I see a bowl with what looks like food in it, and I reach out to take it, but suddenly I see there is a woman sitting there. The bowl is hers. She looks at me with a sort of question on her face. I felt embarrassed. I had touched her bowl, because I didn't see here there a second ago. She asks me if I liked her bowl or something. I quickly try to save face by saying it was nothing, and I didn't mean anything. I look into the bowl and see a clear liquid, and at the bottom of it is a soft purple looking blob. It looked like purple wax in a lava lamp. There were also what looked like very large flat beans in it, or various colors. It actually looked very beautiful. I just looked down into the bowl. I think she must have just taken her spoon out of it and ate some of the soup and the contents were moving. It looked like art work. I never saw the kitten.

I think in the same dream, just a little earlier I am walking outside and come to a median where I find what looked like a tail or some small animal. I pick it up. I then notice another tail. It looks different. I pick up more and more. I have in my hands about five or six various tails. I wonder if I would like a collection of tails, but then I am disguted by the idea and drop them again. I figure that must be exactly what the last person thought who had these. Must have been a tail collection.
