I was working in open plan offices as patients were mingling with the staff. A child had peed on some of the records that were placed in a cabinet.
Woke up. Made notes.
At work again. There were appointment issues with patients queueing in my office. One particular lady was to be seen right next to my desk in a wheelchair. Lunchtime came, so I left my desk and went to a nearby chip shop and there was a queue there too. A man was complaining of how long he was going to have to wait to be served. Back at work again and I was playing a game on my computer of a man on an island, whom I whacked over the head with a heavy sack to win the game.
Arrived home by car and as the driver pulled up I realised I had no seat belt on, worse still, we were parked next to a policecar. So... I reached to my left and simulated taking off the seat belt. It seemed as though it was only me that was aware of this error.
