I have no idea the name of the university or the course of study, but I'm living in the student apartments, which are located in the redwood forest. I'm pleasantly surprised that I can easily find my way through the forest paths, and the apartment complex is built in such harmony with the earth that I have trouble not believing it's not part of the landscape. I'm standing inside the kitchen of an unfamilar large house. A small group of people is there with me. I recognize Kira. She joins me at the round wood table where I stand facing the center. I am treading water in the ocean. The water is dark purple with rough and high waves. I am having trouble staying afloat and keep bobbing underwater, making it a challenge to breathe and not swallow water. I can see dangerous looking cliffs above and in front of me. The begins in a reception hall for a wedding. I feel as if it is my wedding reception, but despite the fact that everyone is eating drinking, dancing and having a good time, I want to leave. I am sitting at a long table in a party hall. I notice the table is covered in a white table cloth. There are people coming in and out of the hall, just talking and mingling. A few others are also sitting at tables, but no one is eating or drinking any refreshments. I notice that I am sitting alone, and the others sitting at the tables are also sitting alone. This dream is the first dream I remember in a long time. It is brief and to the point. I am standing just inside the entrance to a room filled with purple light, red carpet and white walls. I can see the door frame behind me, and I notice it has no door attached to it. It is simple an open door frame. Before me appears the black void of outer space. I see earth below me and far off in the distance. In front of me amidst the blackness is an enormous web made entirely from gold light. Through it, I can see two shadows: a female and a male. I know the female is me, but the identity of the male is unclear. I can hear us yellowing at some or something, but I do not know who or what we are yelling. The web is between us and earth below us.

I am in Michigan at an apartment I don't recognize. I realize it is my Aunt Margo's apartment, and we are there to visit her. She is upset, because her cat is very ill. My mom is mad, because we traveled all the way from Ohio to Michigan over a stupid cat. My aunt is unconsolable. We go to the kitchen to have coffee. After awhile, we go into the livingroom to find the cat has died.
